Despite the shocking nature of this film, i do not think that it should be categorized as bad cinema. In the contrary I will agree with the opinion of Janet Maslin (a film critic for New York Times)who called the film "wake up call to the modern world"about the nature of present day youth in urban life. This movie was not made to offend people, it was instead made with the intention of reaching a certain class in today's society that believe rebellion makes them untouchable. The message was clearly received that is the reason of a lot of controversy around the film.Tuesday 14 April 2009
